- A refresher flour, designed to guarantee long-lasting softness in large baked goods such as panettone, focaccia and pandoro.
- A special mix for the production of classic breakfast pastries, both conventional and vegan, which preserves their fragrance for up to thirty hours after cooking.
These three ingredients from Innovafood will enable those who work in the pastry and bread sectors to avoid freezing the finished dough or working overnight, and to better plan their production of large baked goods for the festive period.
